Situated in the Old Town of Hastings, The Albion has been a prominent landmark of the seafront since 1730.

Following an extensive restoration project which centred around bringing out the beautiful arts and craft interior, the Albion is now one of the town’s most popular destinations. We aim to deliver great food and drink, outstanding live music and memorable special events.

Did you know that “Albion” is the ancient name for the island comprising England, Scotland, Wales and Cornwall?

Our kitchen is open Wednesday through to Sunday,
Wednesday to Friday 12-3, 6-9
Saturday 12-6
Sunday 12-4

True to our name we seek to serve up some of the best dishes from all parts of the realm. Think hearty stews and casseroles, real pies, game when it’s in season, fish off of the boat and some great vegetarian options.
We serve a range of tasty dishes, using as many locally sourced ingredients as we can and the menu changes every day, just click on the link below.

Dishes change regularly so you’ll never get bored

We pride ourselves on our collection of Sussex and Kent real ales and ciders – and always have at least one regional guest on the pumps too.

Wines are well researched (and well tested) and you’ll also find a couple of surprisingly good English bottles on the list.

With regular live music, encompassing everything from funk to classical, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday

plus the legendary Bonkers Bingo on the first Thursday of each month there is pretty much something for everyone at The Albion.
